PÉTRICHOR

Espace VERRE gallery presents PÉTRICHOR, the exhibition of the 35ᵉ cohort of graduates from the Techniques de métiers d'art program - glass option. PÉTRICHOR takes its name from the Greek petra (stone) and ichor (mythic fluid), referring to the scent released when rain meets dry ground. This notion of contact guides the exhibition, where latent processes surface and matter shaped by time and elements reveals new possibilities. The artists explore what emerges after waiting, tension, or transformation, using glass as a surface of resonance that condenses personal narratives, symbolic imaginaries, and concerns related to the living world.
