Tourisme Montréal ("we", "us", "our") values the protection of personal information. This privacy policy (the "Policy") describes how we collect, use and disclose your personal information and how such personal information may be accessed and corrected, if necessary.

By accessing or visiting (the "Site"), communicating with us (by any means), using any of our services, or agreeing to receive emails from us, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you are under the age of 14, only your guardian or legal guardian can consent to the collection, use and disclosure of
your personal information.

This Policy does not apply to third party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy policies, procedures or practices.

How we store and secure your personal information?

Your personal information is hosted on the servers of our trusted provider in Canada and the United States. In addition, your personal information may be stored and processed in any of the countries in which we employ third party service providers.
