This year’s MTLàTABLE foodie event, MTLàTABLE, presented by Amex, has an abundance of restaurants where vegetables take centre stage. With options at $38, $55, $70, or $90 for a multi-course dinner, these restaurants offer delicious options for every occasion and across a variety of cuisines. They’re so good that you don’t have to be vegetarian or vegan to try them (don’t worry, we won’t tell).
