MICHELIN Guide unveils 2026 Québec edition, spotlighting Montréal’s culinary scene

The MICHELIN Guide Québec 2026, unveiled on May 6, 2026, spotlights Montréal’s distinctive flair: its creative chefs, bold flavours, and unmistakable culinary identity. This marks the second edition of the guide, following Québec’s 2025 debut when the province became the third Canadian destination to join the world’s most prestigious gastronomic stage, alongside Toronto and Vancouver. Unlike those city-specific editions, the Québec guide celebrates the entire province while highlighting Montréal’s dynamic role at its heart.
