Sommets du cinéma d'animation

Organized annually by the Cinémathèque québécoise, this international festival is dedicated to animation cinema in all its forms, spanning heritage works, current production and new media. Over several days, Montreal moves to the rhythm of animation, celebrating an art form that has long brought international recognition to Canadian talent. The lineup features hundreds of films, including numerous premieres, alongside appearances by filmmakers and special guests. The competitive program highlights Canadian productions, while international works screen outside of competition. The event also offers professional networking sessions, master classes and a series of free outdoor screenings each evening.
