Annually in June
A mix of discoveries, encounters and surprises, all in unusual places! The festival caters to both renowned musicians and young artists who will enchant you with their interpretations of Baroque music from around the world. You may even be invited to participate in the interpretation of works.
For its 16th edition, the Festival honors the work of the virtuoso with a flamboyant personality, Georg Friedrich Handel, one of the most brilliant composers of operas, of oratorios with enthralling choruses, and of great apparat music of the 17th century. Discover Handel's work and life through a series of thematic concerts. Free outdoor shows with Celtic folk music from Ireland, Scotland and Wales, which has fascinated and inspired Handel, will even get you tap your feet.
June 21 to 24, 2018: Sun, Thu, Fri, Sat, noon.
