A contemporary Montréal bistro inspired by local flavours and Montrealers’ favourite dishes, Vallier not only offers decade-old comforting classics like mac and cheese and shepherd’s pie, but also serves up seasonal new dishes. A lot of Québec ingredients are used to prepare items on the menu, as well as cocktails and other beverages. Vallier also serves brunch during weekends and holidays.
