Specialties include boudin, salads, tartar, steak and fries plus local and sustainably fished products.

At Les Cavistes, the wine list is as inclusive and accessible as the bistro itself. With over one hundred exclusive privately imported labels and some 30 wines by the glass, Les Cavistes has something to appeal to every plate and palate. Given that Les Cavistes have won the Wine Spectator Restaurant Award of Excellence every year since 2014, guests can be assured of the right wine-pairing suggestion for their meal!

Les Cavistes also offers wine tasting workshops. No need to have taken any previous oenology courses. Over this three-hour journey, participants learn about the history, geography, and terroirs of a region, grape variety or country, while tasting six wines perfectly paired with an appetizer.

With a private dining room and lounge available for functions up to 40 guests, Les Cavistes caters to a variety of special events, from cocktail parties to product launches and more, with group menus to taste.
