Les Cavistes offers bistro-style cuisine and an exclusive list of privately imported wines. The restaurant has won the Wine Spectator Restaurant Award of Excellence every year since 2014. Specialties include boudin, salads, tartar, and steak and fries, and a weekly menu features local and sustainably fished products. Two private spaces can be reserved for special events (12 to 60 people).
