Serving up classic French bistro cuisine, it’s all about delicious, farm-to-table cuisine from Chef Billy Galindo’s kitchen. Renowned for his intuitive, pure and approachable creations, Chef Galindo has devised a menu of creative dishes and delectable plates to share, ranging from saffron-kissed tagine to citron tabbouleh to Andalusian gazpacho.
Darna’s homemade desserts are simply to die for, with scrumptious apple Tarte Tatin or Quebec strawberry tart with chic-choc Chantilly and pistachios just a glimpse of what awaits.
Courtesy of sommelier André Plante, Darna’s long list of natural, bio and biodynamic wines by the bottle and the glass showcase primarily Mediterranean vintages alongside a host of local Quebec selections.
Cocktails are classic, with a Darna twist, and beer features selections from the local Ma brasserie cooperative.
