This museum recounts the origins of Montreal and of the Hôtel-Dieu through medical practices of the time and the mission of the Hospitallers of Saint Joseph of caring for the sick. Furniture, paintings, sculptures, photographs, archival documents, and medical devices bear witness to this rich history.
