Résonances Boréales

Led by a live piano performance from Roman Zavada, “Résonances Boréales” unfolds as a 360° immersive dome performance in the Satosphère. The work draws from compositions developed through extensive improvisation in the boreal forest beyond the 60th parallel, inspired by the movement and energy of the aurora borealis. Rooted in instinct and spontaneity, Zavada’s approach places the piano in dialogue with enveloping imagery, transporting audiences into a contemplative soundscape shaped by the atmospheres of the Canadian North.
