Built between 1669 and 1671 for the fur trade, the Maison LeBer-LeMoyne is a designated historical site. Over 400 objects and numerous pieces of furniture illustrate its occupants’ everyday life, which throughout centuries revolved around trading with Natives, agriculture, commerce and navigation. Many of the objects were unearthed during archaeological digs which took place on site. Architectural guided tours are available: Saturday and Sunday, September 8 to November 25, 2 p.m.
