La Chute des Anges imagines a controlled future where even angels can no longer fly. This poetic vision questions the present through a cold world dominated by machines and standardized beings, where fallen angels wander under grey skies and scorched ground. Between conformity, submission, and the urge to resist, a space for freedom emerges. Blending circus, dance, theatre, and cinematic imagery, the work by Raphaëlle Boitel relies on Chinese pole, acrobatics, and aerial movement to express a sensitive struggle for emancipation, shaped by dark fantasy and restrained irony.
