Grease, la comédie musicale

“Grease, la comédie musicale” returns to Montréal with a new staging by Alexis Pitkevitch, revisiting the energy of the nineteen fifties. Performed in original English, the score features songs such as “Summer Nights”, “Greased Lightnin’”, “You’re the One That I Want” and “Hopelessly Devoted to You”. A cast of thirty three artists and musicians brings Sandy, Danny, Rizzo, Kenickie, the Pink Ladies and the T-Birds of Rydell High to life. The production blends choreography, live music and a retro aesthetic to explore themes of youth, friendship and love within a defining chapter of popular culture.
