An intimidating course, consisting of a demanding climb on Mount Royal that forces an exceedingly difficult cadence, repeated several times—that’s what the the Grand Prix Cycliste de Montréal has in store for the planet’s cycling elite. The downtown circuit will be a thrilling experience for the world’s greatest champions and thousands of fans from here and abroad.
It's also an intense and free event with a 150-rider peloton that goes by at incredible speeds, riders who push their limits before your eyes, fueled by your encouragements, over 16 laps. Demanding climbs, tight turns, accelerations and adrenaline are all part of this sporting event, as well as ongoing entertainment, the Fan’s Village and its exhibitors, ready to treat you in between the laps until the final sprint.
