A not-to-be-missed rendez-vous for the world cycling elite, it is one of two UCI WorldTour stops in the Americas.
An intimidating course, consisting of a demanding climb on Mount Royal that forces an exceedingly difficult cadence, repeated several times—that’s what the Grand Prix Cycliste de Montréal has in store for the planet’s cycling elite. The downtown circuit will be a thrilling experience for the world’s greatest champions and thousands of fans from here and abroad.
It's also an intense and free event with a 150-rider peloton that goes by at incredible speeds, riders who push their limits before your eyes, fueled by your encouragements, over 18 laps and 220 km. Demanding climbs, tight turns, accelerations and adrenaline are all part of this sporting event, as well as ongoing entertainment, the Fan’s Village and its exhibitors, ready to treat you in between the laps until the final sprint. Be a part of it!
- On Saturday, women and men riders in Junior, U23, Senior and Master categories compete in the Critérium National.
- Like the Pros, these Canadian and US athletes start their race under the Grand Prix Cycliste de Montréal arch.
Come and support the riders!
