The immersive fulldome experience “Formation obligatoire” imagines a society where preparation for professional life begins before birth through an advanced simulation. Created by Vénus and Junior, the work blends satire, humour, 3D imagery, programming, music, and spatialized sound to examine the growing influence of work on everyday life. Through a collage of filmed and synthetic visuals, sampled audio, and intentional glitches, it reveals the human labour behind technology while highlighting the limits of systems designed to predict, organize, and optimize existence.
