A Fall Outing at the Château
Festivals and events Hochelaga-Maisonneuve and Rosemont
“A Fall Outing at the Château” brings together history, architecture and seasonal family activities in a remarkable heritage residence in Montréal’s east end. Young visitors can search the museum’s rooms for hidden ghosts, while creative workshops take place on select weekend mornings. The program also features “Maisonneuve 1976. If Marius Saw That…,” exploring a pivotal year for two places associated with Marius Dufresne, and “Dreaming Beauty, Dreaming Big,” a multimedia installation on brothers Oscar and Marius Dufresne. Weekend guided tours offer another perspective on the château’s history and architecture.
