Évangéline

Évangéline is a musical historical fresco infused with modernity. A young Acadian woman is separated from her fiancé, Gabriel, during the 18th‑century Acadian Deportation and driven from her village. She spends years travelling across North America in the hope of finding him again. Despite hardship and the passing of time, she remains faithful to her love. Presented in French.
