Through my lens: Jessica Prudencio’s Montréal
Jessica Prudencio has a zest for life and an eye for beautiful things. She shares her many finds on her blog and on her two Instagram accounts (@jessicaprdnc and her foodie account, @toutedansmesfesses). Her community of followers gets to join her for all kinds of exciting culinary and cultural experiences, and they share her love of fashion. Through her luminous photos, Jessica shares her favourite eateries and shops in Montréal, across the province of Québec and even around the world when she travels.
Born in Benin in Western Africa, Jessica has lived in Québec for about 20 years and is an advocate for openness and feminist values, encouraging her followers to foster a positive self-image and outlook on life. Mile End is her favourite neighbourhood with its eclectic atmosphere and indie vibe.
Jessica is also passionate about music and she can often be found at one of Montréal’s many music festivals, from the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal and the FrancoFolies, to the Festival International Nuits d'Afrique and Osheaga.
For her takeover of our Instagram account, Jessica will take us around the city to show us some of her top spots for coffee, food and shopping.
