For the 8th edition of MTLàTABLE, Tastet has selected the best restaurants to try between November 1 and 13 from the list of 150 eateries participating in the event. MTLàTABLE is returning with a bang, offering amazing gastronomic experiences and opportunities to meet fellow food enthusiasts and discover local products. Un Po Di Piu
This Italian restaurant is the most recent endeavour of the Olive and Gourmando family, and one of the best places to enjoy delicious sharing dishes in a beautiful space. The decor, designed by the amazing Zébulon Perron, is very charming and complimentary to the menu of colourful and inspired dishes. Un Po Di Piu is the embodiment of the dolce vita and should be enjoyed with a spritz in one hand and an antipasto in the other.

A warm and welcoming bring-your-own-wine in Villeray, Tandem Restaurant leverages its proximity to Jean-Talon Market to serve a seasonal French and Québécois inspired menu. It’s prepared by a talented French-Québécois couple, who draws inspiration from their origins in the South of France and Abitibi. This place is an undeniable favourite thanks to the warmth and enthusiasm of the owners that is visible in every aspect of the restaurant, from the service to the cuisine.
For MTLàTABLE, the owners remain faithful to their brand and will be serving a "New France" menu made with local products at $43.
Located on Promenade Fleury, Le Millen is a bistro beloved by the neighbourhood’s residents. With its intimate atmosphere and creative fine cuisine, this restaurant is charming in many regards. Chef and co-owner Jérémie describes his gourmet service as a cuisine of emotions inspired as much by his feelings and desires of the moment as it is by his ongoing travels. Millen is a place that simply makes you feel good. The beautiful open kitchen allows you to admire the brigade in action and encourages you to feel involved in every step of the experience.

Bistro Tendresse is in the heart of the Village in a very beautiful, bright, and colourful space. Here, the owners propose an amazing menu that is 100% vegan and eco-responsible! Of course, we have nothing but applause for their eco-friendly and vegan formula, which reflects a responsible approach to consumption for both the restaurateurs and the customers.
In perfect harmony with its admirable philosophies, Tendresse is offering a $23 gluten-free and vegan menu during MTLàTABLE.
Bistrot La Fabrique
A winning formula on the Plateau, this restaurant serves very delicious and generous dishes in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In the kitchen, we find Québécois, French and Chinese influences, reflecting the chef’s time spent in France and China before moving to Montréal. He puts a lot of love and passion into his work, and the result is visible on every plate that leaves the kitchen. We come to La Fabrique to enjoy comforting dishes, be served by a charming staff and soak in the friendly atmosphere.

Darna bistroquet, one of the best new openings of summer 2019, embodies the “bistronomy” concept with its French bistro menu and Mediterranean influences.
