Three fun ways to explore Sainte-Catherine this summer

Whatever you’re in the mood for, these three routes on Saint-Catherine Street (by XP_MTL) are worth the detour. This summer, downtown Montréal is sure to be a popular destination where you can sample gourmet food, admire artwork in the open air, and chill out in spaces that are perfect for relaxing.

Worthwhile routes

Pink arrows: foodie route   

Montréal serves up gourmet feasts! With more than 150 terraces, your culinary options are limitless. Thanks to the pink arrows arranged all along Sainte-Catherine Street, you can nibble a bite, sip a drink, or discover two whimsical terraces specially created for relaxing.

Yellow arrows: artsy route

Art installations and creatively adorned alleys? Giant works of art? Down Montréal has it all. Several local artists have transformed the city into an open-air exhibition, adding colour to the city centre that you’re sure to love. Stroll the pedestrian-only street, grab a bite and discover great local talents like Éloïse Marseille, Loopkin, Claire Renaud, Jest and many others.
