DÉVORE: Bite into the city, one neighbourhood at a time

Tourisme Montréal
Montréal is a community of communities, and when it comes to cuisine, each of its diverse neighbourhoods brings something fresh to the table. Tourisme Montréal proudly champions this dynamic culinary scene and the innovative chefs who shape it. Our annual flagship event, MTLàTABLE, has been doing just that since 2013, inviting locals and visitors alike to explore Montréal’s gastronomic landscape through special fixed-price menus in restaurants citywide.
To make your culinary adventure even more memorable this year, we’ve created DÉVORE, a guide designed to help you plan your journey of discovery before, during, and after MTLàTABLE. This first edition highlights restaurants participating in the 2025 event and is organized by neighbourhoods familiar to Montrealers yet accessible to visitors. In it you’ll find mouthwatering descriptions, chefs’ quotes and fascinating tidbits that showcase the city’s unique culinary character.
Our hope? That DÉVORE inspires you to venture deeper into Montréal’s vibrant neighbourhoods to savour their distinct flavours, not just during MTLàTABLE, but all year long.
And because we eat with our eyes first, we’ve paired the guide with short videos featuring five chefs from five different neighbourhoods, each sharing what makes their corner of the city so special.
