For its 13th edition, MTLàTABLE is teaming up with Air Canada to present signature experiences that spotlight Montréal’s culinary talent. Five acclaimed, fine dining restaurants, all finalists from Air Canada’s Best New Restaurants lists of 2023 and 2025, will host these unique culinary evenings.

Each critically acclaimed establishment will craft a tasting menu that celebrates Québec ingredients with flair and creativity. Expect rare products, surprise courses, and the chance to meet the chefs behind the dishes.

Molenne
A stylish brasserie, Molenne celebrates Canadian seafood and Québec meats and fish, paired with creative cocktails and an impressive wine cellar.
Experience highlights: A five-course menu inspired by the brasserie’s spirit, starting with a refined seafood platter and moving through dishes like Gaspésie halibut with porcini mushrooms and wapiti filet mignon with sea urchin Bordelaise sauce. The evening concludes with a surprising Basque cheesecake made with Louis Cyr cheese.

Les Mômes
Les Mômes, a MICHELIN Guide–selected neighbourhood gem, is run by a seasoned chef–maître d’ couple who make guests feel right at home.
Experience highlights: Chef Yoann Van Den Berg, winner of season 14 of Radio Canada’s Les Chefs!, presents the very menu that won him the competition. Expect a refined five-course feast with creative plates such as grilled octopus with “childhood paella,” Arctic char confit with brown butter, and royal quail stuffed with foie gras.
