Discovering new things and having fun is the order of the day at Le Petit Mousso, a casual bistro-bar serving upscale food, cocktails and more.
This exceptional setting devised by restaurateur duo Chef Antonin Mousseau Rivard and Katerine Mousseau defies description: not a bistro, nor a wine bar or a cantine, Le Petit Mousso is a neighbourhood spot designed for people to pass by, hang out, enjoy delicious nibbles with a drink and have a great time.
While Le Mousso is right next door, Le Petit Mousso offers a more laid-back, bar-like vibe than its older sibling. Chef Benjamin Mauroy-Langlais has created a concise and accessible à la carte menu featuring full plates as well as drink-friendly finger food, including caviar, chicken liver mousse and Koji ham.
The drink list is as comprehensive and clever as the menu, with classic cocktails to weekly special libations, private import wines, natural juices, craft beer and more.
Set in a former printing shop dating back to 1867, Le Petit Mousso features large communal tables, industrial accents, and an open kitchen. A real family affair, paintings by Jean-Paul Mousseau (Katerine’s father, Antonin’s grandfather) adorn the walls for a personalized finishing touch.
