If authentic Dim Sum is what you seek, then head straight to the top of Chinatown’s tallest building to discover the Imperial Restaurant, Montréal’s Dim Sum specialist.
Serving up authentic Cantonese dishes in a bright and modern décor, the Imperial Restaurant will transport you to Hong Kong with its aromatic flavours and distinctive Chinese décor!
Dim Sum has been bringing people together for centuries, a tradition that the Imperial Restaurant is proud to uphold. ChiuChow dumplings, sticky rice with chicken, pork, shrimp and shiitake mushrooms wrapped in lotus leaves, and steamed coriander beef balls are just some of the delectably fresh choices handmade daily. Alongside, of course, copious quantities of green tea.
Other authentic Chinese dishes include crispy duck, stir-fried beef with black bean sauce, and moo shu pork. A variety of hot pots and noodle dishes round out this delicious menu.
Calm and relaxing, the Imperial Restaurant offers a pleasant dining experience in a tastefully decorated setting. Recently renovated, its expansive 10,000 square-foot dining hall that can accommodate up to 600 guests is ideal for banquets, weddings, receptions and more.
