The Chocolate Academy is part of an international network of chocolate and pastry experts. Dedicated to the art and expertise of chocolate in all its forms, the Academy provides courses and workshops on chocolate and pastries, as well as tasting workshops for pairing chocolate with wines, beers, and spirits.
