Immerse yourself in its relaxing ambiance and soak up the scenery as you cruise down the St. Lawrence River. Starting out from the Jacques-Cartier Pier in the heart of Old Montréal, this lovely glass-topped boat treats you to picture-worthy vistas of the shoreline and skyline from the comfort of its main deck, upper deck or the beautiful back terrace.
Families will enjoy the fresh air, change of pace and proximity to the water that the 60- or 90-minute daytime cruises offer, not to mention the great backdrop for photos of their own crew.
With sparkling skyline views, multi-course gourmet dinners and the twinkling firmament above them, couples will love the romantic nighttime cruises and its luminous attractions. Day or night, the restaurant and bar can satisfy a wide range of palates and the service is courteous and attentive.
The Bateau-Mouche gets its name from a suburb—“La Mouche”—in Lyon, France, where five of these excursion boats were built in 1863. Here in Montréal, our Bateau-Mouche, which was built by two Quebecers, was inaugurated in 1992 for the city’s 350th anniversary and has since welcomed over one million visitors.
