Each winter, Taverne Tour Festival turns Plateau-Mont-Royal bars, taverns and small venues into a roaming music circuit. Along Saint-Laurent Boulevard, Mont-Royal Avenue and Saint-Denis Street, various venues host dozens of local and international artists across rock, electronic, hip-hop, rap, folk, punk and post-punk. Audiences move freely from one stage to the next, in a warm, relaxed atmosphere that channels the energy of classic bar shows.
