La Poutine Week

Poutine Week is the world’s largest celebration of poutine, bringing together over 50 restaurants in Montreal and more than 500 across Canada. Poutine, arguably Québec’s most renowned signature dish, consists of French fries and gravy topped with cheese curds. Chefs across the city take the midwinter opportunity to put their own spin on the province’s ultimate comfort food. Customers and poutine enthusiasts can vote for their favorite poutines. Poutine Week features several special prize categories for participating restaurants.
