Panorama Experience - Everest: The First Ascent

“Everest: The First Ascent” takes audiences back to 1953, as a British expedition sets out to reach the summit of Everest, a feat never before accomplished. More than a witness to this historic journey, the audience becomes part of the expedition. Guided by Tenzing Norgay, leader of the Sherpas, participants travel from the valleys of Nepal to the slopes of Everest and experience the challenges of this landmark ascent.
