Festivals and events Leisure activities Music Indoor Downtown
Embark on a journey through Poland’s rich and varied musical landscape with the Orchestre classique de Montréal (OCM), conducted by Andrei Feher. From the moving lyricism of Weinberg to the haunting work of Maxime Goulet, the concert combines strings and solo clarinet with Polish-Canadian clarinetist Kornel Wolak. Polish-Canadian soprano Karoline Podolak lights up the evening with arias by Moniuszko and Verdi. The talent of Quebec pianist Jean-Philippe Sylvestre, interpreting Chopin, and the virtuosity of the OCM pay tribute to Polish heritage for an unforgettable musical evening.
