Boasting a dramatic and breathtaking architecture, the Notre-Dame Basilica is one of Montreal’s top attractions. Through the Aura experience, a captivating display of projections, shadows, lights, and orchestral music designed by Montreal award-winning studio Moment Factory, visitors are invited to celebrate the richness of its heritage. Pulsating waves, frenzied lasers and rainbows turn the basilica’s towering ceiling into an enormous canvas; its ribs appearing to expand and shrink in a kaleidoscope of colours. Fast-paced lasers dance along the great Casavant Organ, mimicking the rise and fall of each note of the masterful sound composed for the show.
