Musée des Pompiers de Montréal

The Musée des pompiers de Montréal tells the story of fire safety in the city and how firefighting has evolved over time. Run by volunteers from the Montréal Auxiliary Firefighters, this heritage site brings together fire protection equipment, including hand pumps, an 1887 steam pump, period tools, photo archives and a miniature alarm centre.
