Q&A

  1. Click on the “Order” button or call us at 1 844 685-3544 to purchase your Passeport online.
  2. Order your Passeport MTL at the online store and create your account.
  3. You'll receive an email with a link that allows you to access your account. The Passeport MTL will be there, in virtual format (QR code). You can use it immediately as is, put it into your digital wallet or even transfer it to the person of your choice.
  4. Present your Passeport at the entrance of the attraction you have selected (from the list of participating attractions). Limit of 1 visit per attraction. Some attractions require a reservation (see the "Reservation" filter).
  5. You can benefit from discounts on other attractions (“Extras”) until the expiry date of your passport, even if you have used all of your selected attractions.

Q: How do I access my Passeport?

A: A link to access your account will be in the purchase confirmation. You can also access your account at: https://boutiquetourismemontreal.mtl.org/en/connection/.

 

Q: How long does it take for the Passeport to appear in my account?

A: The Passeport usually appears within 30 seconds of purchasing it. Depending on the traffic on the site, the delay can be up to a few minutes. If you still have not received your Passeport, please contact Customer Service at 1 844 685-3544.

 

Q: I made a typing error when creating my account and I don't have access to my Passeport. What do I do?

A: No problem! We can help you. Simply contact Customer Service at 1 844 685-3544.

 

Q: I made a typing error when transferring the Passeport. What do I do?

A: No problem! We can help you. Simply contact Customer Service at 1 844 685-3544.

 

Q: Can I transfer the same Passeport more than once?

A: No. Once the Passeport has been transferred, it will appear in the “transferred tickets” section. At that point, it is no longer possible to view it, put it into the digital wallet, or print it. If there was an error, please contact us and we will try to correct it.

 

Q: I visited one of the attractions offered with my Passeport. Can I transfer the balance?

A: No. Once the use of the Passeport has started, it is no longer possible to transfer it.

The savings are based on a full usage of a Passeport MTL. The savings may vary according to the selected attractions. The Extras section is not included in the savings calculations.
