This exclusive edition of Passeport MTL is made available by the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal, with support from the Quebec government as part of the “I love working downtown” initiative, in collaboration with Tourisme Montréal.
By offering your employees this booklet (available for $50 apiece), you’ll be giving them the opportunity to try three downtown attractions for free from a dozen choices and spend quality time with co-workers and business associates.

Offer Conditions
Your employees will be able to choose three different attractions from a dozen choices in this exclusive Passeport “I love working downtown”. They will also receive a host of additional discounts (referred to here as “the extras”) to access all the attractions offered. Consult the list of participating attractions.*

Valid from November 30, 2022 until March 31, 2023, inclusively. (From Monday to Friday)
Activating “Passeport MTL x I love working downtown”

Click on the “Order” button or call us at 1 844 685-3544 to purchase your “Passeport MTL x I love working downtown” online.

Order your Passeports at the online store and create your account.

You'll receive an email with a link that allows you to access your account. The passeports will be there, in virtual format (QR code). You can transfer them immediately to your employees.

Present your “Passeport MTL x I love working downtown” at the entrance of the attraction you have selected (from the list of participating attractions). Once the use of the Passeport has started, it is no longer possible to transfer it. Limit of 1 visit per attraction. Some attractions require a reservation (see the "Reservation" filter). Included in the package:

Until March 31, 2023, you can benefit from discounts on other attractions (“Extras” in yellow below) even if you have used your 3 admissions.

Q: How do I access my Passeport?
A: A link to access your account will appear in the purchase confirmation. You can also access your account at: https://boutiquetourismemontreal.mtl.org/en/connection/.
Q: How long does it take for the Passeport to appear in my account?
A: The Passeport usually appears within 30 seconds of purchasing it. Depending on the traffic on the site, the delay can be up to a few minutes. If you still haven't received your Passeport, please contact Customer Service at 1 844 685-3544.
Q: I made a typing error when creating my account and I don't have access to my Passeport. What do I do?
A: No problem! We can help you. Simply contact Customer Service at 1 844 685-3544.
Q: I made a typing error when transferring the Passeport. What do I do?
A: No problem! We can help you. Simply contact Customer Service at 1 844 685-3544.
Q: Can I transfer the same Passeport more than once?
A: No. Once the Passeport has been transferred, it'll appear in the “transferred tickets” section. At that point, it's no longer possible to view it, add it to the electronic wallet, or to print it. If there was an error, please contact us and we'll try to correct it.
Q: I visited one of the attractions offered with my Passeport. Can I transfer the balance?
A: No. Once you’ve started using the Passeport, it's no longer possible to transfer it.
