Chef d'un soir
Chef d'un soir avec Jérôme Ferrer (or Chef for an evening with Jérôme Ferrer) takes place in the kitchen in the company of a brigade of chefs, and in small groups of no more than two people. Participants have privileged personal access to chefs and team members of the restaurant and play an active role in preparation and the mise en place. This formula can be followed by a wine-paired meal and also entitles the participant to a book and an apron from Europea. Reservations required.
