This resto-bar creates local specialties with market-fresh ingredients for a seasonal menu reflecting the cosmopolitan character of Montréal. Specialties created under the helm of Chef Jonathan Legris include our 12 hour braised bison ribs served with bourbon chipotle sauce. The wine list is composed of stellar Canadian selections.
